Level 1 Junior Desktop Technician

Providing technical support to end-users via phone, email, for hardware and software issues.
Configuring, and maintaining desktops, laptops, printers, and other peripheral devices.
Troubleshooting basic network connectivity issues and escalating more complex problems to higher-level support teams.
Diagnosing and resolving common software problems, including operating systems and office productivity applications.
Assisting with the deployment of new hardware and software to end-users.
Maintaining an accurate inventory of all IT equipment and software.
Performing routine maintenance tasks, including hardware and software updates, and ensuring antivirus software is up to date.
Assisting with IT-related projects, such as hardware or software upgrades.
Assisting with user account management and password resets.
Maintaining accurate and up-to-date documentation of IT processes and procedures.
