Your Workforce, Our Responsibility: How NetOps Africa Works
A clear explanation of NetOps Africa's delivery model, responsibilities, and long-term support structure.
Our role vs your role
We handle the logistics of employment; you handle the logic of operations. NetOps Africa is the legal Employer of Record (EOR). We take care of recruitment, background checks, employment contracts, payroll, taxes, benefits, and local HR compliance. You define the daily tasks, priorities, tools, and processes. You manage them exactly like a remote employee in another state. This model underpins our MSP outsourcing service, where operational control stays entirely with the client.
Onboarding + 90-day trial period
We know hiring is a risk, so we de-risk it. Every placement starts with a structured onboarding phase where we ensure connectivity and access. We then support a 90-day trial period. If the fit isn't right—technically or culturally—within those first three months, we replace the candidate at no additional recruitment cost. We are invested in long-term success, not just placing a body.
Payroll, HR, and compliance
Operating internationally is complex. South African labor law, tax regulations, and data privacy (POPIA) requirements are stringent. We shield you from this complexity. You receive a single monthly invoice in USD from our U.S. entity. We handle the currency conversion, statutory deductions, and legal filings in South Africa. You get the talent without the administrative headache. This is what makes structured staff augmentation operationally viable for MSPs that need predictable monthly costs.
Ongoing check-ins + accountability
Our job doesn't end on day one. We maintain regular check-ins with both you and the engineer. We monitor attendance, professionalism, and general well-being. If performance issues arise, we step in to coach and correct, working alongside your management feedback. We act as your local HR partner on the ground, ensuring your remote team remains engaged, productive, and happy.
