- Solid technical competence in your discipline
- Strong spoken and written English
- Reliability, accountability, and consistent documentation
- A customer-service mindset with end users
- Ability to work remotely and independently
- Stable internet and power backup (BYOD with minimum hardware requirements)
- Comfort working inside a client's PSA, RMM, documentation, and communication tools
- Professional communication across U.S. time zones
